the interview process was very quick process, meet with ops manager for an interview at one of the locations then if everything goes well they will schedule a day and a life.

Honestly a waste of time. My initial communucation with the area director was pleasant via e-mail. I applied and they emailed for an inyerview a few days after. Having been on very exclusive amd some what difgicult fine dining interviews in the past week. I was ready She sized me up before I sat and did not Smile. She asked a few basic managment questions, amd said they would follow up soon. Noone ever called back nor even emailed with a status. For an AGM applicant that was very unproffesional, I wouldnt even do that with an entry level emplyee. All etheopians in the store so I wasnt suprised by her lack of interest.

I applied and called right after, I have an interview only 4 days away because that's her availability. I recommend always calling right after applying. That one move can sometimes mean the pinpoint difference between getting hired or rejected. And ALWAYS apply through the actual website to guarantee they get the application. But otherwise it can take about a week to get hired.
