Thoughtful, understanding and encouraging are 3 words that come to mind. They got to know my personality and who I am as a person not just making sure my qualifications were met
There was an initial phone screening with HR then a follow up interview with three of the managers on zoom, but one of them was absent. They said they would call me back by the end of the week with an answer either way, but 2 weeks later, no answer. I emailed the HR person to check on the status of the job, she said there was some kind of delay in the project and she would get back to me as soon as she knew something. Over a month later, and I still don't know if they will surprise me with an offer or never contact me again. Unfortunately, I had to move on with my job search, which is too bad because I really wanted to work there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LeChase Construction in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview process was easier than initially expected. The interview was very personable and focused more on my skills and past experiences in a very casual manor. Interview was in a group setting and questions were asked of each interviewer.
