Interview
Round 1 – Online Assessment
This round was mainly focused on basic DSA and problem-solving. Questions were not extremely hard but tested logical thinking and coding fundamentals.
Round 2 – Discussion with Director of Engineering
In this round, the discussion was mostly around the projects I had built during college. I explained the tech stack, architecture decisions, challenges faced, and how I approached solving problems. The conversation was more practical and focused on understanding my thought process and development experience.
Round 3 – React Deep Dive (Around 1 Hour)
This was the most technical round. The discussion went deep into React concepts like hooks, state management, component lifecycle, rendering behavior, optimization, API handling, and overall frontend architecture. There were also scenario-based questions to understand how I approach real-world frontend development.
Round 4 – Hiring Manager Round
This round was more around cultural fit, communication, teamwork, and past experiences. There was also one coding question discussed during the interview.
Overall, the process was frontend-focused and gave a good opportunity to discuss both technical knowledge and practical project experience.
