      I did pass the first interview with the recruiter, she told me to complete the assessments ASAP because the manager of the accounts managers was taking his vacations. Well, I completed everything, and then the recruiter expected that the manager wanted to take the interview, it wasn't like that, he interviewed me like 2 weeks after. (The recruiter told me to give a week notice to the current company that I work for (I did not do it, because I wasn't sure if the manager he was going to love my profile). Finally, I got with this man, after two weeks of waiting, he was explaining everything about the position, then he asked me why I was leaving my current job. He asked me: "you got bored or what?" And then I thought why is he asking such thing like that? I don't leave a company because I want to, I am a mother and a wife I need the job. My advice for your manager, if you are going to hire someone from Mexico, please investigate about the current situation with the economy. I don't earn so much in my current organization, I have bills to pay and a child to take care of. Please avoid those types of comments during an interview! IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! Finally, they denied me. Thank you for waisting my time.

      A phone call with the recruiter followed by calls with a few senior-level team members. There was a long gap between my second interview and last interview. They decided not to move me forward by sending a system-generated canned email after an almost two-month-long process.

      I applied for the position on January 11, a few days later (5 days) I got a request to set up a meeting with the HR talent team. At this point, I wasn't told much about the role and the interview only lasted 15 mins out of the 30 mins. Also, I was supposed to have a call through Teams, but it ended up being a phone call. The contact person said that I would receive a follow-up email to talk with the manager in the next few days. I was also asked to complete a test after the call as part of the process (it was January 19). Then, as I didn't hear from them for almost 3 weeks after our last email, I thought I didn't pass the test. By February 7, the HR contact person reached out to me and apologized, and mentioned that the manager wasn't available due to personal reasons, but he was available now, and I could schedule a meeting to continue the process. I had the interview with the manager (February 8) and he explained to me well in detail about the role and asked a few questions about my experience. Overall, we spoke 40 minutes and he was quite polite. I thought the interview went well, but until this point I was told in which department I would be working, which was related to car leasing industry. After the call, he mentioned that early next week I would be told if I could continue the process. Today, February 15, I received a no-reply email (4 days later) saying that they would not proceed with my candidacy. So, this whole process took a month or so.
