Started the process with a referral. Initial screening was with a the recruiter. Next rounds were behavioral interviews with the hiring manager, customer success manager, senior account executive where they asked a few technical questions. After completing those rounds, I then had to complete a take home case study that was presented to the hiring manager and customer success manager. Final round interview was with the VP of Engineering. The overall process was great. The whole team was very friendly and very transparent about the expectations of the role and the future roadmap. Everyone I spoke with at LeafLink was genuine, responsive and willing to answer any questions. The whole team are great ambassadors for the culture and would be a pleasure to work with. The recruiters specifically were very communicative and responsive. They worked with me to accomodate my vacation mid-process.
