LeanData QA Automation Engineer interview questions

The recruiter reviewed my profile and set up a technical interview. The QA engineer who interviewed me did not know how to speak English! She asked me to create a framework in 15 minutes. How dumb can that be? I showed her the approach and yet she seemed to be stuck on an approach that she had already taken. Then she asked me to send some google doc at the end of the day. I sent it to her promptly and she does not seem to have the professionalism to acknowledge if she had received it. I am sure she herself did not have as much experience as I had. I am not taking an ego trip, but I am surprised by the kind of people taking interviews. One of the bad experiences I have had recently.
