I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leapros (Costa Mesa, CA) in May 2018
Interview
This company wow'd me! Very professional and warm. It began as just a phone interview to discuss the position and role. They provided enough information about the job that I almost had no questions by the end of the call. In the next step, I was invited to a virtual interview with a few others in the group. The whole "virtual/video" aspect was a new thing for me, but turned out to be a seamless and convenient approach for me, since it basically created the arena of a face to face interview, without requiring me to take time off work to run offsite to sit down somewhere. It was nice.
I had a final interview with a Managing Partner the following week, and was made an offer a few days later. Being a recruiter myself, I've interviewed 100's of candidates, from all walks of the earth, so to say I was genuinely impressed, really means a lot.
