Interview
Candidates are brought in for a group presentation and two skills test - one based on Processing speed, and one based on verbal fluency. Second interview is based solely on scores. If scores are high enough, candidate is brought in for a more thorough IQ test. If these scores are high enough, an offer is given. There is no pay negotiation.
