Interview
I never went into apply. One of my co-workers went to lee michaels while they were hiring and referred me. I had an interview with the store manager. it went well he did not ask me many questions and toured me around the store. Then I spoke to lee michael's son and he did an interview on me as well. he was very humored. then i took two assessment test and they called me to do a drug test.

Interview
Very direct & straight forward. The manager seemed to ask questions that would display what kind of personality I had rather than job experience in sales. The overall all experience was pleasant and professional.

Interview
The manager that interviewed me, he was very polite and professional throughout the interview. My whole experience was very informative, quick, comfortable and stress-free compared to any other interview I've had in the past. Overall it was positive.
