1. Hiring process was very chaotic. The recruiting coordinator forgot to send an onsite interview confirmation and the recruiter called me 2 hours before the scheduled time (after repeating follow ups) to see if I could come in on the same day.
2. Interview panel was not so friendly - Barring the hiring manager who was friendly and open minded, the rest of panel was pretty much expression less.
3. In one particular round, while I was answering a question, the two interviewers started a conversation in Chinese.
4. One round that required a call with an executive based in Beijing had to rescheduled thrice. Everytime I followed up, I was told that there is a holiday in China and thus the executive was out of office.
5. The company environment looked very chaotic and haphazard.
I think they are trying to project a hype growth environment by showing is a construction plan for a new campus in Bay Area. I was also shown a huge open space and was told that they plan to fill this up within one quarter.
In the end, I never received a call back or any feedback on the interview.
