Leeward Renewable Energy interview questions

There were three rounds: HR screening phone call, individual interview with someone on the team, and then a final panel interview. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The questions were pretty basic behavioral/company fit and just general industry interest related.

The recruiting and interview process was efficient. The recruiter was responsive and accommodatve. Interviews were drawn in to allow for tight schedules. Interviewers asked substantive questions and provided insight into the role, company, and possible career progression. Ultimately accepted another offer before completing the interview process.
