Interview
I received a phone call about 4 days after applying for a server position. We talked for about 5 minutes - just shootin' the s***. She wanted to meet me in person, so I went for an in-person interview the next day. Interview was straight forward and I was offered the job on the spot.
Ez process nothing difficult if you had some experience. But depends on manager and location. Some random questions and training for about 3 days long without any tables. Learn menu and so on
super straight foward, talk about your past experience and why you would be a good fit for the company. what are your strengths and weaknesses and if you work well with a team.
