      Interview

Unprofessional but telling. I was scheduled an interview a week in advance for a 60 second call that literally could've been an email. It was whether I could work in one of their country offices instead of another. I indicated in the application where I was located. Never had such an experience and such waste of time for both parties. I realised after that the interviewer was an external recruiter, so maybe they get paid by the interview or something. But at least it's telling. Outsourcing recruitment and unprofessional hiring are not good signs for company culture, especially paired with the fact that they were acquired a month ago by Genius sports. Could signal disorganization and budget cuts.
