Went in spoke with plant manager, very nice guy, just asked about my goals and experience then went on to talk about the level of experience all the staff has. 70% of the company has been there for 20+ years.

Phone interview, followed by a panel interview, relaxed pace and very good questions, got a chance to know more about the individuals interviewing me as well as the company itself.

Was asked what I would do in a specific management situation regarding poor customer service, good question but need to think fast to answer accurately.
