I attended a panel interview with the leader of the department, one person from the HR and two colleagues. The two colleagues very obviously felt out of place and did not participate in the conversation, avoiding also eye-contact. Describes very well the ambience of this company: old-fashioned, distant, narrow-minded. The department lead and the HR persons were professional and convincing. They asked basic but on-spot questions, paying attention to also add a personal-tone to the meeting to break the ice… on the overall was not a bad experience, however involving colleagues at a first interview I think is unnecessary.
