Interview
Process was quick and fairly easy. The HR rep was kind and asked basic questions including medical terminology. HR rep explained face to face interview and accurately advised what to expect. Face to face interview was set up quickly.

Question 1
There was a panel of 4 management employees conducting the interview.I was told the interview would be STAR questions. During the initial portion of the interview many STAR questions were asked. Then, it was announced they would begin the STAR questions. There were situational questions about how I handled retracting a written directive and a situation where something was wrong that had to be made right and about 6 other questions.
It was difficult to answer the questions after about 5 minutes because one of the people doing the interview was yawning and actually nodding off during the majority of the interview. Needless to say this was unnerving and did not elicit a good interview.

I was contacted for a phone screening by a TA Specialist after I applied online. We scheduled our time and she never called. I attempted to call her and email her. She rescheduled and again, nothing. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I applied through a staffing agency, interviewed with the staffing agency, then I was scheduled for an interview right away and then I was offered the position which I accepted.

I was emailed about an application I completed on the QTC website. The email was from the acting HR Recruiter. It was fairly simple. The whole interview lasted about 20-25 minutes.
