It was two separate interviews. One was with some of the team, another was with the manager. Both were on-site. Questions were directly pertinent to the roll. None of the questions were terribly generic.

Question 1
What experience do you have revising documentation?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Leiters
Interview
Two interview rounds - both in person. First with two interviewers and the second had three interviewers. After second round I was essentially told I had the job and to be patient for formal offer. Upon following up several times, I was told they wanted to be transparent (after about a month and a half of interviewing and waiting) and that the position still wasn't approved by management and they would let me know when it is approved. No follow up from that point on and was essentially ghosted by the company. Complete lack of professionalism. For one, why are you interviewing professionals for a position that isn't even approved? Second, at least have the decency to follow up after such a long interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leiters (Centennial, CO)
Interview
3 Rounds: Recruiter Phone Screen for 30 min, Phone Interview with Hiring Manager for 30 min, Panel video-conference with Hiring Manager and Engineering VP for 1 hr. Questions mainly focused on experiences with aspects of job role - equipment troubleshooting, validation work, purchasing equipment and managing projects.
