I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lemonade Insurance (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jan 2020
Interview
1. Phone interview with tech team leader
2. On-site tech interview with same tech team leader
3. Home test - writing code in byteboard which didn't work for me. So I had to complete a second code task, and I was given a chance to correct it.
After these stages were given green light I was invited to the 4th part:
4. On-site interview with VP R&D and HR manager
The negative answer I got was over the phone by TA, when asked why they said my tech level wasn't as advanced. Which made me wonder - why invite me to the 4th part if my tech skills weren't as advanced?

Q: To describe the API for a part of Lemonade's system
1. screening
2. system design
3. coding
4. fit interview
Most of the interviewer were really nice besides a team lead which was very weird.
The communication with the hr mostly was fine, at some point it wasn't clear if i was supposed to get the questionin advance so the interviewer provided it on the sopt which was fine for me
The process included a phone call with the recruiter, an in-office system design interview, and a technical interview via Microsoft Teams. Overall, the experience was seamless and personalized, with flexibility to align with both my schedule and skill set.
