Phone screen, design interview onsite, home assignment, tech round, director and HR interview. Overall they didnt care about home assignment although I did impressive work. Lack of explanations why they didnt pick me, stole ideas from my interview to put them in their roadmap. Clearly zero respect to professionals time and value.
