The Interview process has 4 stages,
1st Stage - 'informal' phone call with recruiter
Questions / Topics Discussed:
- Tell me about yourself & experience
- Why do you want to leave your current role?
- Why do you want the role?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Base salary range was shared
(No technical questions at this stage, just general information)
2nd Stage - Video Call with Direct Manager of the Position
Questions / Topics Discussed:
- Technical questions about the role
- Previous experience
- Examples of previous instances of handling difficult situations and how you addressed them
- Asked about connections & relationships with consultants who you've previously worked with on projects as well as the staff at different municipalities you've worked with before.
3rd Stage - In-Person Interview with Direct Manager & Department Manager
4th Stage - In-Person Interview with Division President
