Interview
Round 1: Online video interview, 3-5 questions (why do you want to work for Lenovo, tell us about yourself, etc.)
Round 2: Online interview 1-on-1 with a manager on the sales team
Online one-way interview, 5 questions with 30 seconds to think and 2 minutes to answer. After that a 30-minute 1-on-1 interview with a member of the team. Very friendly, asked about resilience and sales experience.
