      Il colloquio si divide in almeno due incontri: il primo è un passaggio conoscitivo con HR, in caso di feedback positivo si passa a colloqui più tecnici in cui è presente HR e il responsabile dell'area a cui verrete assegnati. Attenzione poiché non sempre questa persona sarà il vostro superiore diretto, chiedetelo esplicitamente. Si parla di RAL nell'ultimo step di colloquio, con HR e Responsabili presenti.
