People at Leonteq have no idea what they want, right from the point of contact HR , the MD to the COO . Wasted my time here. There were 8 rounds of interviews. Spread over 4 different days. Interviewed with the team leader, HR, team-mates, Managing director, and also the COO/CIO. Leonteq is a small company and everything is adhoc. They have very low process maturity and this can be very annoying. There is no interview feedback process and have to constantly remind them until they take action. It took Leonteq 60 days from the time of final interview to offer letter. I interviewed for a position but Leonteq made an offer to a completely different position. The managing director for operations is verbose and wily. Makes very high verbal promises and forgets. In the end they did not even hire by stating that they had some legal issues( but based on past precedence, the stated reason is highly questionable and most probably a lie) .
My sincere advice to all applicants is to never believe what Leonteq says and demand everything in paper. And always keep a backup. In fact when I was interviewing there the Middle office had lost 30% of their team to resignation due to various reasons(probably the shoddy management)
