Group Interview with 3 other new hires and the assistant store manager, we all gathered in the stock room in the largest open area and were asked questions. After the brief group interview, we had to put together outfits and help at least one customer to make sure we had an idea of what we were doing

A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
