Group interview with questions about customer service and style. Taking turns to respond whenever you want, with one interviewer in person. Lots of time spent explaining basic job duties and how important customer interaction is.

The interview was conducted in the back of the store before store opening. It was a group interview with three total candidates. The interviewer would ask a series of questions and we would all take turns offering our response.

The interview process started with a group interview where candidates were assigned to work in pairs. Each pair was given a celebrity or singer as a prompt and tasked with selecting an appropriate outfit for them. After completing the collaborative activity, candidates moved on to one-on-one interviews.
