All are conversations and nothing else.
Personalities and possible leadership skills are judged where I interviewed. Not sure of overall company process.
Discusses present situation of country/world.
Debates on preselected topics.
Presentation capabilities are judged
Smooth and situational questions were asked. Very professional and well rounded, as well. They definitely value the brand and culture. I recommend working here for great benefits and discounts! It’s nice to see people care about their brand and employees.
