Initial conversation with HR to ask basic questions and schedule in-person interview. In person interview consisted of a 5-person panel including administration and colleagues and then a tour of facilities. Total time was ~2 hours(1 hour panel, 1 hour tour). That was followed up with a video interview by one person who should have been on the panel but was out sick, and finally a follow-up email from HR clarifying my experience a few days before issuing a formal offer. Interview as very relaxed and felt very welcoming, and consisted of a lot of good back and forth conversation with the panel.
