Easy, direct, informational only. No weird questions. Simply an exchange of basic info., then you take their coding test. Took the test...then I got a call saying an offer was being drafted and would be emailed to me asap.

Interview
The interview was non existent. I submitted my resume via email to the recruiter. They emailed a link to the Coder Assessment for completion. After a couple of email questions on my type of experience and current pay vs desired pay, I was offered the job all over email. I never spoke with anyone until I started.
