This interview process is a masterclass in departmental silos and internal dysfunction, providing a clear window into why this company’s ratings are so underwhelming. After being re-contacted six weeks after an initial rejection for the same role, I endured a four-round marathon that devolved from a professional assessment into a disorganized cross-examination by departments with conflicting agendas. I was grilled by IT on concepts entirely outside the job description, and the experience hit a low point when HR condescendingly provided a list of finance terms to learn before my final interview. It eventually became evident that the fourth interview was merely a formality to eliminate me amidst friction between GTM, IT, and Finance, a realization confirmed by the predictably unprofessional ghosting that followed. If this experience is any indication of the internal culture, the low Glassdoor scores are well-earned, as the company seems to prioritize departmental gatekeeping and condescension over identifying and respecting experienced talent.

The interview felt very rushed and difficult to engage in meaningfully. I was frequently interrupted and had to speak at a very slow pace because the interviewer was taking notes throughout. With a strict 30-minute time limit, I often had to pause mid-thought, which made it hard to fully explain my ideas or provide thoughtful responses. The structure made the conversation feel transactional rather than exploratory. It may be more effective to schedule fewer interviews and spend more time with a smaller group of top candidates, allowing for deeper discussion instead of compressing conversations into tight 30-minute slots. Overall, the format made it challenging to present my experience clearly. Wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
