LexisNexis has a very poorly designed screening process. The talent screener seems to have little experience with sales roles and particularly sales leadership positions. Questions were all surface-level and could be answered by reading the resume.
The top salary range for the role was 20-25% below industry standard and was not disclosed until the end of the call. If your salary for senior-level sales roles is below industry standard it's best to save your screeners' time and sort that out at the top of the call.
I had to ask the screener at least 6 times throughout the call to speak closer to their mic because their audio kept cutting out. The screener created an intensely negative impression by continuing to allow their audio quality to degrade the quality of the call.
