Found the process to be very impersonal from the HR side. first round HR screening, no introduction, just straight to filling in answers on a form. Received a coding assessment to complete, basic questions but had a few questions on a programming language that I don't have experience in and never mentioned in my CV or screening interview. I emailed HR about it and didn't get an apology. Received an email that I passed the assessment and they scheduled an interview without asking my availability. The technical interviewers were unprepared and seemed to only view my CV in the call. They had prepared questions on a different programming language and told that the role they were hiring for required experience in this. Got asked basic tech questions and given a coding test which felt like they were just passing time. A waste of time.
