Assessment centre that didn’t take experience and cv into account and only judged you on a couple group exercises, no individual opportunity to show your real worth bit of a poor process

There were many rounds in the process - I believe 4-5 rounds. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. It wasn't difficult but make sure you know the company well as it may help.
