Had a phone screen with the recruiter; the call went very well and he said that he thought the local mgmt team would love to meet me. He committed to get back to me within a week. He never reached back out. Funny thing is that a month later, the company re-titled the job from HR Mgr to HRBP, and same recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn saying that he "found" my resume and he thought I would be a great fit for the position. I messaged back that we had already talked. He never responded...
