Interview process was very quick. When you apply online you have to complete a typing test and call center simulation. Once you get the in person interview it is in a group setting with other potential hires. All interview questions are situational and based on your past experiences.

Easy video interview with two supervisors. Asked standard customer service questions using STAR method. They were both asking questions and also offered more details about the role. They were both polite and seemed easy to get along.

I had a phone interview & was told I would be moving on to the next step in the hiring process. I got a thank you for your interest after emailing the recruiter to follow up.

They use the STAR method, I'd have some scenarios ready. It was a panel interview but it was not bad, just prepare a bit. Dress business casual to casual. I'd bring a copy of your resume as well.
