Initially attended local job fair. Then applied through the website. Interview was fairly easy as they were looking to grow their sales team quickly. They are very willing to give those with no sales experience a chance. Although they say it's a 9-5 job, there are many hours spent cold calling during the evening and on holidays. Just be prepared!

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
