Applied for the Sales Representative job in Summerlin and received an email to fill out the IQ/Skills/Personality test. This took about 60 minutes. Make sure to be alert when you take the test. I took the test late at night and was unprepared to pay attention to the details. I received an email today saying that the company was looking for other candidates. This made me wonder if I did poorly on the online test. I did well on the Wonderlic for Raymond James and am graduating from MBA school next week, so it's not as if I am unable to think critically and rationally.Perhaps the MBA makes me overqualified, but I figured they would not even ask me to take the skills test if that was the case. I am very disappointed as I have heard great things about working for Liberty Mutual. Best of luck to future candidates.

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?

Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
