First round interview in person at the office with an actuary. Asked questions about my resume, my experience, then gave me a scenario related to insuring fleets of trucks and asked questions around that scenario.

Pretty robotic/scripted interview. The questions were not really personal or anything. Mostly behavioral questions. Since it was my first interview, the very specific behavioral questions caught be off guard a little.

When was a time you tried to include someone who had a different skill set from you in a project you had? What was their contribution and what was yours? Walk me through your resume and highlight any education or experience you have that would make you fit for the role.

Typical interview with a recruiter. It was weird as the interview was on call only and there was no video. The questions were somewhat average. The interviewee was not too responsive during the interview which made it a little more awkward.
