Initially a personality test online. Next was a recruiter interview, then interview with sales manager. I applied 11 times before I got an interview with a recruiter. They have 100s of not close to a thousand applicants since the job is remote with base pay it’s quite sought after.

All virtual, I first interview is with a recruiter then follow up is with ha panel of hiring managers. It is very intense and they will ask you a lot of questions especially about sales stats from your previous experience
