I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Buffalo, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
Expect the process to take 3-4 weeks. You will probably be interviewed by several people before even being considered for this position. The company is looking for well-balanced people so leave the $1,000,000 sales grin at home. They ask basic behavioral questions so do your homework beforehand and practice a bunch. If you really want to do well in insurance sales this is a great company to work for, so show some enthusiasm in the interview if possible. Keep in mind though, if you are new to the industry this is a difficult position to make it in. You can absolutely do it if you really want it just like anything else. Don't waste your time if you're not sure sales is for you.
Started with phone interview which was not too bad at all. I was asked basic questions like why I wanted to work for them and about my sales experience. Then later I received an email about setting up a video interview with manager
