Very relaxed and informal. There was more of a focus on personality and fit. Insurance in London is very relationship focused so it's important to show you can get on with people

Interveiw in professional indemnity. There were 3 stages, you meet your managers, then your line manager and then your team leader. Everyone was very nice and the process was enjoyable. They asked very poignant questions in relation to the industry. Be sure you know whats going on in the constructiom industry.
