I submitted an application online and received a phone interview. I was asked questions concerning faith, theology and position in on political topics. Then there is an HR screening process that follows, I am uncertain what the outcome of that will be.

Interview
Interview consisted mostly of theological questions of your religious beliefs as it relates to Christ and the Holy Spirit. They also provide administrative information about the position. They talk about salary. student load, and pay frequency
The interview was pretty comprehensive for an adjunct position, consisting of two rounds. Prior to the interview, candidates must submit an online application, and it takes quite a long time for HR to process and send the application to the Department that the candidate applied to. The first interview was more about the candidate's background and reasoning for applying. The second dealt more with the candidate's qualification and spiritual worldview and testimonies.
