I was first contacted by someone from HR, who gave me some details about the job and we briefly discussed my experience at my previous workplace. She told me she would talk to the manager and get back to me in 2-3 days at the latest. After that time, she didn't get back to me, so I left a message to see how things were going, and then she called me a few days later with an awkward apology, but we finally set up the interview, which wasn't very professional. It was held with the HR person and the manager, who seemed uninterested from the start of the interview, hardly speaking, and seemed to want to get the interview over with as quickly as possible. Not to mention that this job has been posted on LinkedIn for months, which makes me think it's a fake post and they're just conducting interviews to make it look like they're hiring (I don't think it's possible not to find the right person in so many months). Anyway, at the end of the interview, of course, they lied and said, "We'll call you within a week, regardless of the answer." What do you think? Of course, no one ever got back to me.
