I applied through university. I interviewed at Library of Congress
Interview
Easy process, applied through my university and not directly. General questions about college, my academic qualifications, research, why I was interested and which scholars at the Library I wanted to work with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Library of Congress
Interview
Fairly simple, standard questions; as long as you had experience that related to the internship posting, they seemed happy. Very friendly and amiable, really just wanted to get to know the person.

What you wanted to get out of this internship and what you wanted to learn
Submitted resume online, contacted by phone to set up an interview time, on-site panel interview with 3 managers, all super nice people. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
