I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life.Church (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2018

      Interview

Tons of communication! I had 4 pre-screens and pre-interview testing. It was challenging, but it correlates with the importance of the work we do at LC. Interview process was a bear, a full day of very personal and intense questions. They want to make sure you know what you are betting into and they want to make sure you are the right fit. They gave a ton of feedback for positive things and things to work on.

      Question 3

So many, it’s a full day of conversational interviewing
      Answer question

I applied online. I interviewed at Life.Church in Feb 2021

      Interview

As many of these reviews have stated, it is a very thorough interview process. For me, everything was explained in the initial phone screen. This was followed by a video interview. After that, if you move on, you take several tests. You will then have an interview to go over your results. The final interview is with multiple people and usually broken up into 30 min sections. Due to Covid, I did this online, however, it usually done on campus.

      Question 1

What is something in your current job that motivates you? What is something that drains you?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life.Church (Edmond, OK) in Sept 2011

      Interview

I submitted my resume online and was contacted within 1 week. Initial phone screening was scheduled for a few days later, after that I was asked to complete extensive testing (CDAT, Keirsey temperment, spiritual gifts, etc.), and based on those results I was selected to move on to the last round, which was a group interview in which test results are discussed.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Questions about some of the test results were difficult, as they hold these results very high and will challenge you with questions about your weaknesses
