The interview process was virtually a complete waste of time, I was contacted by LifeSpan after applying to a position on Linkedin. The person who contacted me wasn't even the person who listed the position but was using the person who listed the positions profile to message me. After scheduling an interview with this person, I was informed that my interview would be via telephone with the CEO in California. I was given a set of instructions to call the LifeSpan front desk and let them know I had an interview scheduled. When I called at my scheduled time, I was informed by the front desk that the CEO's previous meetings was running late and that I needed to leave a message and she would call me back. I was given a call back by a blocked number almost 45 minutes after my scheduled time with no voicemail or call back number. I followed up with the person who scheduled the interview and explained what happened, she rescheduled the interview. At the rescheduled time and date, the same exact thing happened that they were running behind on their previous call and that I would need to leave a message. When the CEO did call back and I was able to speak with them, they were over 30 minutes late and the entire conversation lasted 4 minutes... I was informed that I would get some Creteria assessment sent to me by email and that I had to complete it ASAP otherwise I wouldn't be allowed to continue the interview process.
