I applied online. I interviewed at LifeStation in Sept 2020
Interview
After applying for the Account Manager role, I was contacted by a LifeStation recruiter. I was asked some questions about myself and told I would be asked to take an assessment test which would be emailed to me and then would go through a series of interviews. The test was emailed to me after the call and I took it that day. The test was very easy and I have no doubt that I did well. But I never heard from them again. I reached out to the recruiter who contacted me twice by email and also left 2 voicemails. I would not consider working for this company even if they did contact me again. I found it to be disrespectful and unprofessional that they can’t send a simple email response. The recruiter who called me bragged to me about how great the company is and it sounded like a good place to work. But actions speak much louder than words and, judging by how I was treated, I can only assume this is a lousy place to work.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LifeStation (Union, NJ) in Oct 2024
Interview
An in-person interview to discuss the company overview for the 1st part. The second half was an online cognitive test. The final discussions were about the logistics, hours of operations, breaks etc
