Recruiter will make initial contact. First interview with lead manager and peer/s asking basic questions. Next interview is a panel interview with peers and lead manager asking direct questions about experience and how would you questions, including a case study presentation. If that goes well there will be a final interview. The process in my option takes too long. I had 2 interviews and that took almost 6 weeks from initial contact with the recruiter. I was also asked to complete and present on a business case study, with very limited material provided. I will also add that at the end of my presentation and upon rejoining the video call, two of the panel interviewers were laughing about something (maybe something from my presentation), which was very unprofessional and demeaning. Finally, my past experience (client delivery) did not fully align with role (client engagement) itself, but based upon my background the recruiter felt I would be a good fit. After all the interviews and hanging around, the rejection email read that the team did not believe my experience aligned with the position. I would recommend for anyone applying, ensure your experience lines up fully with the job expectations. Even if you feel you meet some of the criteria, do not proceed, as it appears they are looking for something very specific. Overall it was not a good experience.
