There were 2 rounds of Interview.
First one was with an architect/staff engineer. Initially the discussion was about various aspects of software design and development including deployments. Then there was discussion around couple of design patterns (which I coded in Java though I don't think language was a constraint). Then there was a LC medium problem which was discussed. The interviewer was looking more towards the approach rather than working code. The interviewer was friendly and I really enjoyed the interview as most of the times it went into discussion mode.
Second round was with VP which was more of a discussion about Lifesight's journey so far and plan for next couple of years, whats makes Lifesight different from other startups. Here I was given chance to ask all the questions which I may have regarding technology, work culture, usual timings and the interviewer was very open towards answering all of them.
