I applied online. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and efficient. The questions were mostly basic and focused on my background, experience, availability, and ability to perform the job responsibilities. The first interview was conducted online, which provided an opportunity to discuss my qualifications and learn more about the position. After that, I was invited to a second interview in person, where we discussed the role in more detail and I had the chance to meet the team and learn more about the work environment. Overall, the process was organized, direct, and easy to follow.
Quick and easy, mainly questions related to job and skills to be a photographer. They make it easy to an answer the questions and aren’t intimidating. Very nice, approachable and friendly people.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I am absolutely shocked. I cannot believe the recruiting interview team would schedule a time and not show up at all - not once, but twice! It can't get any more unprofessional than that! Initial basic orientational virtual call through Microsoft Teams with other candidates; then they send you a link/form to schedule another virtual interview. I waited over an hour and it was a no show. I received a text message later apologizing and to reschedule. After rescheduling for next day for a phone call interview instead, the company once again failed to follow their schedule. I think it's clear to stay away from this company as it is very unprofessional. I think also the fact that they are willing to hire anyone without any photographer skills also is a red flag about this company.
