Laid back. Phone interview after email communication. Then in person interview and position information. You typically know then or by the time you get home if you got. Super easy and comfortable.

Are you willing to work early mornings and travel up to 3hrs?
Quick and easy, mainly questions related to job and skills to be a photographer. They make it easy to an answer the questions and aren’t intimidating. Very nice, approachable and friendly people.

I am absolutely shocked. I cannot believe the recruiting interview team would schedule a time and not show up at all - not once, but twice! It can't get any more unprofessional than that! Initial basic orientational virtual call through Microsoft Teams with other candidates; then they send you a link/form to schedule another virtual interview. I waited over an hour and it was a no show. I received a text message later apologizing and to reschedule. After rescheduling for next day for a phone call interview instead, the company once again failed to follow their schedule. I think it's clear to stay away from this company as it is very unprofessional. I think also the fact that they are willing to hire anyone without any photographer skills also is a red flag about this company.
